Where Architecture Becomes Part of a Tropical Lifestyle.

Concept

Built Around the Landscape, Not Placed on Top of It

The architectural concept is based on creating a contemporary and distinctive environment that is closely connected to its tropical landscape. Precise architectural volumes are combined with deep terraces, generous glazed surfaces and extensive integrated planting.

Vegetation is not treated as decoration, but as an essential part of the architecture — providing privacy, shade and a distinct atmosphere throughout the complex.

The result is not simply a collection of apartments and amenities, but an integrated lifestyle environment where living, dining, fitness and wellbeing are brought together through architecture.

Living

99 Units, Organized Around Three Studio Typologies

01

Studio, Garden-Facing

Natural light and a direct visual connection to the integrated planting, built for short stays and longer-term living alike.

02

Studio, Terrace-Forward

A deep terrace extends the living space outward, with the same clear, comfortable layout across the type.

03

Studio, Elevated View

Positioned on the complex's upper floors, oriented toward the ocean and the surrounding tropical landscape.

Shared amenities

A Second Layer to the Complex's Lifestyle

Rooftop Swimming Pool

Elevated above the surrounding architecture, the rooftop pool is one of the defining spaces of the project — a destination for relaxation, social interaction and experiencing the tropical landscape from a different perspective.

Restaurant

A social setting for dining and gathering, built into the complex rather than added alongside it.

Fitness Space

Part of the daily routine for residents, not a separate destination.

Spa & Massage Rooms

An environment dedicated to relaxation and recovery, set apart from the rest of the complex.

Not a Collection of Apartments and Amenities — An Integrated Lifestyle Environment Where Living, Dining, Fitness and Wellbeing Are Brought Together Through Architecture.

Questions

About

What is PREDMET.CEMAGI?

PREDMET.CEMAGI is a Signature-line aparthotel by PREDMET.ARCHITECTURE with ocean views in Bali — a 5-storey, 99-unit complex that brings studio apartments together with a restaurant, spa, massage rooms, a fitness space and a rooftop swimming pool in one integrated lifestyle environment.

How many units does PREDMET.CEMAGI have?

PREDMET.CEMAGI has 99 units across 5 storeys, organized around three studio apartment types suitable for both short stays and longer-term living.

What amenities does PREDMET.CEMAGI include?

PREDMET.CEMAGI includes a restaurant, a spa with massage rooms, a fitness space, and a rooftop swimming pool elevated above the surrounding architecture.

What materials define the PREDMET.CEMAGI interiors?

The interiors combine concrete, dark timber, natural stone and terracotta tones with carefully controlled lighting, continuing the same architectural language as the building's exterior.

Where is PREDMET.CEMAGI located?

PREDMET.CEMAGI is located in Bali with ocean views, designed by PREDMET.ARCHITECTURE, a full-cycle architecture bureau based in Canggu, Bali.

How long does it take to design an aparthotel of this scale in Bali?

A project of this scale runs through the same six stages as any PREDMET.ARCHITECTURE project — site analysis, strategy, concept, design, detailing and delivery — with construction supervised on site throughout. For a 5-storey, 99-unit complex, design and permitting typically take longer than a single villa; message the studio with your site and program for a schedule specific to your project.

What's involved in permitting a 5-storey building in Bali?

A building on the scale of PREDMET.CEMAGI requires a PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) — the Indonesian building approval permit — along with the technical documentation to support it. PREDMET.ARCHITECTURE prepares and manages the full PBG package as part of its architecture and concept service, coordinating with local authorities on multi-storey and mixed-use projects.
